SECTION 1 FONTANILE - QUARANTI
The departure point is in Fontanile, where the trail descends in a north-westerly direction. After about 150 metres, it turns left, continues climbing progressively until it rejoins the road coming out of Fontanile and then heads south on a paved road. After passing Villa Beltramini, after about 350 metres, it turns left, goes down and then towards Bric dei Boschi to cross it. Continuing in a north-easterly direction, it follows the route up to Cascina Nuova where it turns right and climbs to the top, passes the cemetery, and enters the town of Castelletto Molina. From there, it continues for a stretch through the old town down to the valley, following the paved road. After passing the former kiln, it turns right and climbs to the town of Quaranti, up to the parish church and the old ricetto.
